Jersey #'s will be on a first come first serve basis. Those who have deposit paid and forms filled out will get first pick.

Club Fees are Non-Refundable If a player chooses to not play with the club during the season for any reason, the entire fees will remain the responsibility of the player and responsible parent/guardian. If there are changes to use of facilities Club UV will do its best to find another facility space so that practice is not interrupted. If a tournament is full or otherwise needs to change, an alternate may be selected.
