Club Fees are Non-Refundable. The player’s commitment to play on a team is an agreement to pay the season in full. This fee agreement cannot be cancelled or broken without the full consent of Club UV owners. If a player chooses to not play with the club during the season, for any reason, the entire season fees will remain the responsibility of the player and all responsible parents/guardians. At times there may be restricted use and/or changes to practices due to availability of facilities or coaches. If this occurs, Club UV will do its best to find other facility space so that practice is not interrupted. If a tournament is full or otherwise needs to change, an alternate may be selected.
